Introduction
At present, the leafy vegetable cultivation in Taiwan is about 38,000 hectares. Because the leafy vegetable industry consumes manpower, new agricultural machinery that saves time and labor has always been in urgent need of the leafy vegetable industry.
Since 2013, Taoyuan District Agricultural Research and Extension Station has been actively developing leafy vegetable transplanting machines. Taoyuan District Agricultural Research and Extension Station had successfully developed the first " Leaf Vegetable Transplanter with Variable Row Spacing Function" in Taiwan.
Compared with the past transplanting machine, it not only can transplant 6 rows at a time, but also can adjust 6 rows of transplants into 2 or 3 rows to apply to the needs of different vegetable transplants.
Result & Effect
1. The operating efficiency is 3.8 times that of traditional manual transplantation.
2. The transplantation success rate is as high as 95%.
3. 1 operator driving, 2 operators for seedling operations.
