To help Taiwanese agricultural enterprises have relevant data for decision-making at the global marketing stage, this project uses advanced technology to establish a website for collecting information of international BI in agriculture about export crop. Through training and counseling, this project assists agricultural enterprises to establish business analysis capabilities, optimize the operational procedures of corporate marketing management and encourage them to become leaders in demonstrations enhancing the capacity of business negotiation and crisis management in agricultural enterprises. It is estimated that through this project, we trained business intelligence professionals to familiarize international intelligence analysis way and the application of the project platform in order to establish own business intelligence database assisting organizations by providing useful information immediately when there is a need for policy-making in response to rapidly changing international market. We hope that through the implementation of various tasks in this project, we will successfully strengthen the competitiveness of Taiwan’s agricultural enterprises.
